Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Financial Services recruiter in London. They are a small boutique recruiter with ambitious expansion plans and are looking for experienced 360 billing recruiters to join their team. They focus on confidential niche searches, retained search, contingent and interim placements in Financial Compliance departments in the London banking sector. The role is office based with lots of flexibility regarding start and finish times. They will consider recruiters at all levels of their career and will pay between £30k - £60k basic salary depending on experience. You must have a provable track record in winning new business opportunities. This business is a mature and trusting business and promotes a collaborative and supportive environment. They’ll provide support, training and the tools to boost your billing potential. No KPIs and no micro-management. OTE for year 1 is £100k+.

Candidate
You must have at least 12 months experience of working in a similar role as a 360 billing recruiter. This means you’ll have experience of business development and negotiating of contracts as well as the sourcing and placing of suitable candidates. There are clients and lapsed clients to develop and you will also winning new business.
