The Company:
The Education recruitment arm of this established company was set up several years ago and has already become so successful that they are once again looking to increase the size of the team. The company entered the Education sector with the desire to provide a new and different approach to the market and is already seeing the results. They pride themselves on their knowledge of the local area and their professionalism together with the ability to be flexible on margins. There are huge expansion plans for the division with a further 3 offices in the pipeline. The Liverpool office is based on the waterfront and is very friendly and sociable. As a company they do not believe in 'micro management' and look for Consultants who will run their desks as their own business in a culture of trust and respect.
The Role:
They are looking for experienced Education Recruitment Consultants with expertise in Primary, Secondary or SEN. The role will suit a recruiter who is looking for a company that can offer autonomy rather than being obsessed with KPIs. They are very much in favour of meeting schools face to face and look for recruiters that can come up with new ideas on how to move the business forward.
About You:
You will have experience in Education Recruitment and the ambition and tenacity to grow a successful desk. You will report directly to the Director and must be able to think for yourself. The company offer a fantastic commission scheme and reward their staff well. They will give you the tools and support to enable you to achieve your full potential.
