Legal Recruitment Consultant - Cayman Islands

Our leading legal recruitment firm is seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join their team in the beautiful Cayman Islands. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the growth of the vibrant legal sector in this dynamic offshore financial center.

The Role: As a legal recruitment consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of the local legal market and the evolving needs of law firms and in-house legal teams
  • Proactively sourcing and qualifying top legal talent for a range of permanent and contract roles
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate outreach to final placement
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Providing market insights and guidance to help clients make informed hiring decisions
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly recruitment targets

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in legal or professional services recruitment
  • Proven track record of successfully placing lawyers and legal professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Strong market knowledge and understanding of the legal industry (offshore market an advantage)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
