Recruitment Consultant - Marketing & Digital

Location: Leeds City Centre

Position: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000 - £45,000 OTE

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in marketing roles, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates, while building your own desk within our successful team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong network of marketing professionals across various specialisms (digital, content, brand, etc.)
  • Source high-calibre candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their hiring needs and company culture
  • Write and post compelling job advertisements
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for roles
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to placement and aftercare
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation using our CRM system
  • Attend networking events and industry meetups to build your personal brand

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven sales experience or recruitment background (marketing industry experience is beneficial but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation abilities
  • Commercial acumen and business development skills
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure
  • Resilient and adaptable approach to work
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM systems
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
