Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Salary: £25,000 - £45,000 base DOE + Uncapped Commission

The Role:

• Develop deep relationships with clients leading digital transformation projects
• Specialize in cloud migration, cybersecurity, or digital transformation recruitment
• Source hard-to-find technical talent across software engineering, data analytics, and DevOps.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for business-critical technology projects
• Build your own desk within your chosen technical specialty
• Partner with organizations from innovative startups to FTSE 100 enterprises

What You'll Need:

• Previous recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential
• Understanding of cloud technologies, cybersecurity, or digital transformation is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Commercial awareness of technology trends and market dynamics
• Drive to succeed in a target-driven environment
• Resilience and determination to excel
