The Role
We're seeking an exceptional Senior Executive Search Consultant to join our manufacturing and supply chain practice. This role offers the opportunity to work with Fortune 500 companies and innovative mid-market leaders, placing C-suite executives who drive operational excellence and digital transformation in manufacturing. Basic Salary from £35k - £60k DOE. Serious OTE £100k ++.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end executive search assignments for C-suite positions (CEO, COO, CPO, CSCO) across international markets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client organizations at board and C-suite level
- Build and nurture an extensive network of senior executives within manufacturing and supply chain
- Conduct detailed market mapping and research to identify exceptional talent
- Lead candidate assessment and due diligence processes
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on organizational design and talent strategy
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships across multiple geographies
- Generate new business opportunities through market insight and relationship building
Required Experience
- 8+ years' experience in executive search, with demonstrable success in manufacturing/supply chain placements
- Strong track record of completing C-suite searches internationally
- Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, Industry 4.0, and supply chain transformation
- Established network within manufacturing and operations leadership
- Experience working with private equity portfolio companies preferred
- Proven business development capabilities at board level
- International exposure and cultural awareness
- Fluency in English; additional languages highly valued
