The Opportunity

Build your own recruitment practice within our successful insurance vertical, leveraging our established brand and extensive client relationships. Work completely remotely, set your own schedule, and earn competitive commission splits on every successful placement.

What You'll Do

• Source and headhunt insurance professionals across all levels and specialties
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate identification to placement
• Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates
• Handle contract negotiations and closing
• Collaborate with our team of specialist recruiters

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in recruitment, preferably with insurance industry experience
• Self-motivated professional with strong business development skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
• Strong network within the insurance sector (preferred)
