The Role

We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our remote-first team. You'll work with leading brands and exciting startups, helping them build their digital and marketing dream teams while working from wherever you perform best.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across the digital and marketing landscape
• Source and engage with passive candidates through multiple channels
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job briefs to placement
• Provide consultative services to both clients and candidates
• Keep up-to-date with digital and marketing industry trends
• Meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Contribute to our company's growth strategy and market presence

Required Experience & Skills

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, specifically in digital and marketing roles
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
• Strong network within the digital and marketing space
• Excellent remote communication and organizational skills
• Experience with modern recruitment tools and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
