About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant/Manager with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with senior hiring managers across Public Sector institutions. This role is open to anyone based in the UK. 

Key Responsibilities

• Source and place legal professionals in perm/interim Government, Education, and Local Authority roles
• Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in public sector organizations
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for the following:
  • Interim placements
  • Fixed-term contract positions
  • Permanent appointments

Essential Experience

• Demonstrable success in public sector recruitment
• Strong network of contacts within Government, Education, and Local Authority sectors
• Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed recruitment targets
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
• Proficiency in remote working and digital recruitment technologies

Desired Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years recruitment experience in public sector
• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience
• In-depth understanding of public sector recruitment processes and compliance requirements
