Senior Recruitment Consultant - Construction Sales

The Role

We're seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our fast-paced office in Stansted. You'll be responsible for placing sales and business development managers into prestigious construction firms across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the construction industry
• Source and headhunt high-calibre sales professionals
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake to placement
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Conduct detailed candidate screening and interviews
• Negotiate competitive compensation packages
• Meet and exceed billing targets
• Maintain accurate records using our CRM system

What We're Looking For

• Previous recruitment experience (construction industry experience advantageous)
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Results-driven mindset with high levels of self-motivation

Package

• Basic salary: £30,000 - £40,000
• OTE: £60,000 - £100,000+ (uncapped)
