Business Development Manager - Award-Winning Energy Recruitment
Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our globally recognized, award-winning recruitment agency, connecting top-tier talent with industry-leading companies and providing exceptional staffing solutions in the energy and power distribution sectors.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and promoting our staffing services to key decision-makers within the industry, with a focus on generating new leads, securing new clients, and delivering customized staffing solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at a senior executive level. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure new business opportunities with leading North American renewables and power distribution companies
- Develop strategic client relationships across primary and subsidiary markets in North America.
- Design comprehensive recruitment solutions for enterprise-level energy infrastructure clients
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and potential opportunities for expansion
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop exceptional staffing solutions addressing client needs and challenges
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Track sales activities, pipeline development, and client interactions using CRM software
- Stay informed about industry regulations, market dynamics, and emerging trends
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Generate high-impact business proposals demonstrating our unique market positioning
- Drive revenue growth through targeted sales strategies
Qualifications:
- 5+ years' business development experience in renewables and power sector recruitment
- Proven track record of winning enterprise-level client partnerships
- Extensive knowledge of North American renewables and power distribution market
- Exceptional strategic sales and relationship management capabilities
- Demonstrated success in complex B2B sales environments
Preferred Experience:
- Technical understanding of power distribution sectors
- International business development expertise
- Multilingual communication skills
- Advanced CRM and sales tracking capabilities
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
