Freelance Recruitment Consultant - Actuarial Insurance Specialists - 100% Remote 

Are you a dynamic, results-driven recruitment professional with a passion for the actuarial and insurance sectors? Our established agency is seeking a top-tier freelance recruitment consultant to join our dynamic team on a fully remote basis. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and place high-calibre actuarial and insurance professionals across multiple specialisms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Develop comprehensive candidate shortlists matching precise client requirements
  • Conduct targeted headhunting and networking strategies
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle from initial screening to placement
  • Win new business opportunities to fill vacancies within insurance firms. 

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' recruitment experience in actuarial/insurance sectors
  • Proven track record of successful placements
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of actuarial and insurance industry dynamics
  • Proficient in CRM systems and recruitment technologies
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently from home or anywhere

Candidate Profile:

 

  • Proven sales and relationship-building capabilities
  • Detail-oriented with high-quality standards
  • Competitive commission-based compensation structure
  • Flexibility to work remotely with occasional client meetings
  • Access to professional networking platforms advantageous

Compensation Structure:

  • 50/50 commission split on successful placements
  • No base salary
  • Required to complete personal tax return as you're working freelance

Requirements:

  • 2+ years actuarial/insurance recruitment experience
  • Self-employed tax management skills
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset

Role Characteristics:

  • 100% remote
  • Flexible hours and days you work are down to you. (4 day week if desired).
  • Uncapped earnings potential take 50% of what you bill.
