Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant - Fully Remote Position

Company Overview

Our established mid-sized recruitment agency, based in the North West, is expanding into a new legal sector. They are looking for an experienced and ambition legal recruiter to launch a brand new division alongside their existing finance and accounting sectors. They are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to drive this strategic growth and will offer all the tools and support to get the vertical off the ground. Ideally you'll live in the North West but fully remote working for independent and self sufficient legal recruiters is also welcomed.  

Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven recruitment professional who can excel in a fully remote working environment, supporting our core finance clients and emerging legal recruitment markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage top-tier talent across legal sectors (In-house or private practice)
• Develop and launch their new legal recruitment division (potential to grow out)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from winning new clients, to sourcing and placement
• Meet and exceed monthly billing and placement targets
• Expand professional networks within the legal profession 

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' professional recruitment experience in legal sectors
• Proven track record of successful placements and client relationship management
• Experience in launching or developing new recruitment divisions
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in recruitment CRM systems
• Strong self-management and ability to work independently
