The Role: As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of talent acquisition, working with prestigious clients across multiple sectors. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients in FMCG, Retail, and Consumer sectors
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of client business needs and recruitment strategies
  • Source, screen, and attract high-calibre candidates through multiple channels
  • Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and comprehensive skills assessments
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief to successful placement
  • Meet and exceed monthly recruitment targets and KPIs
  • Contribute to the agency's business development efforts

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record in recruitment, preferably within FMCG, Retail, or Consumer sectors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
  • Proficient in using recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Resilient and target-driven personality
  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience
