Senior Legal Private Practice Recruitment Consultant - 100% Remote 

Launch a Dynamic Team in Legal Recruitment

The Opportunity

We're seeking an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to launch a brand new division to compliment the other professional services divisions covered by our client. As a specialist in Legal Private Practice recruitment, you'll work with some of the UK's most prestigious businesses while building your own personal brand in this lucrative market. You'll have no restrictions on geographical area and you'll be working 100% remote. 

Your Role

  • Full 360-degree recruitment lifecycle from business development to placement
  • Business development and account management with key clients
  • Candidate sourcing, screening, and relationship building
  • Market mapping and headhunting of passive candidates
  • Negotiating terms and closing deals
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process and candidate experience 

What You'll Need

  • Proven track record in recruitment (minimum 3 year) or relevant recruitment sales experience
  • Strong commercial acumen and business development skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
  • Resilient and target-driven approach
  • Knowledge of the Legal sector (desirable)
  • A positive can do attitude 
  • Self reliant and organised 

What We Offer

  • Competitive basic salary: £30,000 - £50,000 DOE 
  • Uncapped commission structure (OTE £45,000 - £70,000 first year)
