Executive Search Consultant - Finance- Rochester

Role Overview: They are seeking an ambitious and experienced Executive Search Consultant to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful senior-level placements, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition and retaIined  search strategies within the finance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage end-to-end executive search assignments for clients in the finance sector
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers in these sectors
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate research, assessment, and profiling specific to energy leadership roles
  • Develop detailed candidate briefs and market mapping reports for these industries
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client briefing to final placement
  • Contribute to business development and new client acquisition in finance 
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective targets and deliver exceptional results

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in executive search or high-end recruitment
  • Proven track record of successful senior-level placements, Preferably in finance 
  • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and market trends in these sectors
  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficiency in recruitment technologies and candidate management systems
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Desirable Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of finance industries preferred
  • Experience working with finance organizations
  • Experience in selling a retained search solution
  • Advanced digital and social media recruiting skills
