The Role

As an Associate Director of In-House Legal Recruitment, you will be at the forefront of our strategic talent acquisition efforts, driving growth and excellence in our northern market segment. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated recruitment professional to lead and expand our in-house legal recruitment practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with key clients in the northern regions
  • Lead the strategic sourcing and placement of high-caliber legal professionals
  • Leverage our existing comprehensive CRM system to identify and engage top talent
  • Manage inbound business opportunities, with approximately 50% of new business generated through existing channels
  • Build and maintain a strong network of legal professionals and corporate clients
  • Develop targeted recruitment strategies to meet client needs
  • Mentor and support junior recruitment consultants
  • Drive revenue growth and meet ambitious business targets

Candidate Profile

We are seeking an exceptional Associate Director who demonstrates:

  • Proven track record in legal recruitment, with a minimum of 3-6 years of experience
  • Deep understanding of the legal recruitment market in the northern regions
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
  • Strong digital literacy and ability to utilize advanced CRM technologies
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a consultative approach to recruitment
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid, fully remote environment
  • Flexible hours of work
  • Confident in running round table events and networking

Qualifications

  • Proven success in recruitment, specifically within legal sectors (Private Practice or In-House legal)
