The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle for payroll positions ranging from Payroll Officers to Global Payroll Directors. You'll build and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates, developing a thorough understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the payroll space.
Key Responsibilities
Working closely with our client portfolio, you'll identify new business opportunities while maintaining existing relationships. You'll develop deep market expertise, staying current with industry trends and leveraging this knowledge to provide consultative solutions to clients and candidates alike.

We're looking for someone with demonstrable recruitment experience who understands the intricacies of payroll within finance and accounting. You should have:
- A proven track record in recruitment, preferably within finance, accounting, or payroll
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to spot business opportunities
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and a consultative approach
