The Role

As a Senior Insurance Recruitment Consultant, you'll partner with prestigious insurance clients across various insurance sectors including General Insurance, Property & Casualty, Life, Health, and Reinsurance sectors. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to candidate placement, while building lasting relationships with industry professionals.

What You'll Do

You'll leverage your insurance industry expertise to identify and secure top talent, develop new business opportunities, and maintain our reputation for excellence in specialist recruitment. Your role will involve advising both clients and candidates, managing complex searches, and contributing to our collaborative team environment.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of successful recruitment experience, preferably within the insurance sector
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement targets
• Strong network within the US insurance industry
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Experience using modern recruitment technologies and ATS systems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience billing experience
