Location: Lancaster (Hybrid - 3 days office/2 days remote) Salary: Competitive basic + uncapped commission structure

The Role

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you'll be trained from the ground up to become an expert in digital recruitment. You'll work with prestigious clients across the UK, building and maintaining relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

What We're Looking For

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Degree educated (preferred but not essential)
• Previous sales or recruitment experience not required as full training is provided.
