The Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll lead comprehensive research and candidate identification projects for C-suite positions across our portfolio of innovative food-tech and consumer businesses. This is a highly strategic role where your curiosity and analytical mindset will be essential in understanding emerging industry trends and identifying future leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market mapping and research to identify exceptional C-suite talent across the global food and consumer technology sectors
• Develop and maintain deep networks within the industry through attendance at major trade shows and conferences across Europe, Middle East, and USA
• Create detailed candidate shortlists based on thorough evaluation of leadership capabilities and sector expertise
• Partner with PE firms and portfolio companies to understand their unique leadership requirements and growth objectives
• Stay at the forefront of emerging food technology trends and innovation to inform talent strategies

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in executive search or senior-level talent acquisition, ideally within food, consumer, or technology sectors
• Strong research capabilities and analytical mindset
• Natural curiosity and genuine interest in food technology innovation
• Excellence in stakeholder management at board level
• Ability and enthusiasm to travel internationally for trade shows and client meetings
• Commercial acumen and understanding of PE-backed businesses
