Join our established recruitment agency in Kings Lynn, with 30+ years of market presence across multiple East of England locations. We cover a variety of market sectors including Industrial, Manufacturing, Specialist engineering, Commercial, HR and Logistics. We welcome applicants with these sectors specific but we also welcome expeienced recruiters with their own market who want to build their own vertical niche within our business. 

The Role

• Develop and manage client relationships across permanent and temporary recruitment
• Identify and win new opportunities to supply temp or perm recruitment solutions. 
• Full autonomy to build your desk and specialization
• Path to leadership position heading your own vertical
• Flexible sector focus - bring your existing expertise
