The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the complete 360° recruitment lifecycle, from business development and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and placement. This is an excellent opportunity for an established consultant looking to further their career in a supportive but ambitious environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships across the finance and accountancy sectors
• Source and place quality mid to senior level finance professionals
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while managing existing client accounts
• Provide exceptional consultation services to both clients and candidates
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets
• Stay current with market trends in the finance and accountancy sectors

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a 360° billing recruitment role
• Proven track record of winning new clients across various industries in the finance sector
• Experience placing mid to senior level finance professionals
• Bilingual proficiency: German (C1) and English (C1)
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
