The Role

We're seeking an experienced Engineering Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist HVAC & Refrigeration recruitment team. Our office is in Leeds, but we offer the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the HVAC & Refrigeration sectors
• Source and place high-quality engineering candidates for specialist roles
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the market
• Consult with clients to understand their specific requirements
• Match suitable candidates to appropriate vacancies
• Negotiate terms and manage the recruitment process from start to finish

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in engineering recruitment, particularly within HVAC, Refrigeration or related technical fields
• Demonstrable track record in business development and candidate sourcing
• Strong understanding of the engineering sector and technical terminology
• Excellent relationship-building and networking skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
• Passion for delivering high-quality recruitment solutions
