The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in Human Resources, you will:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships within the commerce and industry sectors
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
• Source, screen and place high-caliber Human Resources professionals, primarily focusing on all levels of experience from part-qualified roles to Director level. 
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy registration to placement
• Contribute to our sales growth strategy across the Midlands region

• Proven recruitment experience, particularly in Human Resources sectors
• Strong understanding of the HR professional market
• Strong business development skills with a track record of client acquisition
• Excellent candidate assessment abilities
• Commercial awareness and understanding of the Midlands market
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets
• Great communication skills and professionalism
