Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships across the Midlands and wider UK
• Source and place high-quality engineering and maintenance candidates
• Manage the full permanent recruitment cycle

• Work closely with our existing client base while expanding your own portfolio

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment, specifically within the engineering and maintenance sectors
• Proven track record of winning new business and clients
• Strong understanding of the permanent recruitment process
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Results-driven with a passion for delivery
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
