As part of our continued expansion, you will focus on developing new client relationships and sourcing niche IT Tech Data professionals for contract roles, primarily within financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with new clients in the financial services sector
• Source and place high-caliber IT Tech Data contractors across various geographies
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to candidate placement
• Utilize our advanced tech stack to identify and engage with niche talent pools
• Meet and exceed personal and team performance targets
• Stay current with market trends and emerging technologies in the IT data space

• Experience in 360 recruitment, ideally with knowledge of the IT contractor market
• Strong business development skills with the ability to win new clients
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
