The Role

As a Branch Manager or progressing Senior Consultant specializing in transport/logistics and Industrial, you will:

• Lead and develop a team of consultants or prepare to step into a leadership position
• Build and nurture client relationships across the East Midlands region
• Drive business development and account management strategies
• Source and place high-quality candidates within the transport/ and Industrial sectors
• Utilize our suite of advanced recruitment tools to identify and attract top talent
• Meet and exceed team or individual billing targets with the support of our industry-leading commission structure
