Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with legal professionals and hiring managers
• Conduct in-depth candidate sourcing and screening for specialized legal roles
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to successful placement
• Build a comprehensive network within the London legal recruitment market
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and industry insights to identify exceptional candidates

What We're Looking For:

• Proven track record in legal or professional services recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of the legal recruitment landscape
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Exceptional negotiation and sales skills
• Degree-level education preferred
